Factoring / Invoice Finance / Single Invoice Finance

Debtor based lending, is a commonly used form of funding to provide working capital for businesses that typically have customers on extended or longer payment terms. Typically, you can borrow a maximum of 90% of your outstanding sales ledger balance, and the cost is specific to each individual client based on the risk profile of the business and its debtors.

Business Loans

Typically, a business can borrow (subject to availability) between £1000 and £3m; in most cases the interest is charged as a percentage and added to the loan balance.

Loans can be unsecured or secured against specific assets, but usually a personal director’s guarantee is required.

Usually, business loans are paid back over a set timeframe, ranging from 1 month to 15 years, with regular equal repayments.
